Tracking on Facebook or Instagram

To implement an AudienceReport pixel on Facebook you need to have the AudienceReport tracking pixel whitelisted by Facebook. We are more than happy to help you with this process. You just need to send the following information to

  • If you will track clicks or impressions
  • Campaign name
  • Your Facebook Client ID
  • Your Facebook campaign ID
  • Campaign start and end date
  • The contact information of your Facebook contact.

When we receive this information from you we create an application document called Addendum and send it to Facebook, and of course keeping you in the dialog.

Please note that we have had some problems with recognizing the impressions on Facebook. We are able to count the impressions, but the system does not recognize the impressions generated in-app.

In regards to Event tracking on Facebook - this is not possible at current time, only impression tracking is possible. If you have questions or are in doubt regarding this you can contact your Facebook contact.
